I've read a couple of books about communication skills now. What to say and how to say it in areas of conflict or confrontation is a particularly challenging prospect. This book shares a formula called PLAYS - an acronym of Prepare, Listen, Address, Yield, and stay Safe. It's an easy to remember tool presented in a clear and simple manner. Good value.
